(b) Payment details (such as your credit card information, account information, billing address and related information). Please note that we do not retain your credit card details after completion of your payment.
We use this Personal Information to facilitate and collect payment for purchases or bookings and to detect and prevent fraud.
(c) Where a ticket purchase is made, details relating to your health that may affect you whilst attending the GBS. This is a special category of Personal Information and we Process it based on your explicit consent (provided when you complete a ticket purchase) or where it is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. If you do not provide this Personal Information to us, we may not be able to cater to your particular needs during the GBS or provide the most appropriate course of action in an emergency. We use this Personal Information to inform us about any health concerns that may affect you whilst attending the GBS, so that we can do our best to cater to your particular needs during the GBS and provide the most appropriate course of action in an emergency.
